For over 23 years I’ve continually grown and evolved my massage therapy practice serving the vibrant community of Missoula, MT.
With a background in movement, outdoor activities and athletics, I have always gravitated toward deeply therapeutic and treatment focused bodywork. I work with compassion (and usually a sense of humor), using compression, line & point work, traction, range of motion, stretching, cupping, scraping, and lovely Thai steamed herbal compresses & handmade, traditionalyl formulated balms to alleviate pain and tissue damage while restoring function for my clients, including all levels of athletes, expectant & post partum moms, stress management, and addressing a multitude of other injuries and health concerns over the years.
A passion for broader practice and greater knowledge led me to reach further with my studies traveling multiple times to Thailand and to the Naga Center in Portland, OR, to study with master teachers, through which I have accumulated well over 1500 hours of study in Traditional Thai Massage. The integration of Thai healing art has been transformative in both my life and the lives of my clients. I employ all of my experience and skills to create deliberate and specific treatment plans for each of my clients. I enjoy sharing my love of Thai Bodywork through teaching experiential workshops and classes as well.
